Fees Based on Lump Sums. The fee for services rendered by the Consultant’s personnel shall be a lump sum mutually agreed upon by the County and the Consultant and stated in the written Notice to Proceed (“NTP”) for a Work Order. Lump sum fees may or may not include reimbursable expenses.
