Common use of Fees and Expenses of Agent Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses of Agent. The Borrowers agree to pay all reasonable fees and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Agent in connection with the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of counsel to the Agent.
