FEEDSTOCK QUALITY. The Feedstock delivered by Customer and received by the Company at the Point of Receipt shall be of a quality that meets the requirements set forth in Schedule 5.1 hereto (the "FEEDSTOCK SPECIFICATIONS"). Any Feedstock that does not conform to the Feedstock Specifications shall be referred to as "OFF-SPEC FEEDSTOCK".
FEEDSTOCK QUALITY. BHP Refining shall provide Naphtha, SNG Feed, and Enrichment LPG to Citizens exclusively for Citizens' production of synthetic natural gas at the SNG Plant, (collectively, the "Feedstock"), with the specifications set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (individually and collectively, the "Specifications").
