FEE SIMPLE DEED. Contemporaneous with the execution of this Settlement Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will execute and deliver to the CITY a fee simple deed (“▇▇▇▇▇▇ Deed”) conveying the Disputed Property to the CITY in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, as well as a quitclaim deed (“Quitclaim Deed”) from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the City, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, conveying any interest she may have in the Disputed Property. In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall executed a Trust Certificate evidencing the validity of the trust and the authority of the trustee to execute the documents contemplated herein. Upon entry of the Judgment, the CITY shall then proceed to record the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Deed, Quitclaim Deed and Trust Certificate.
