Common use of Fee Sharing Clause in Contracts

Fee Sharing. Seller and Purchaser agree that the Brokers may share the Fee (defined below) among themselves, their sales associates, and any other licensed brokers involved in the sale of the Property. The parties authorize the Title Company to pay the Fee directly to the Principal Broker and, if applicable, the Cooperating Broker, in accordance with Section 15 (Professional Service Fee) or any other agreement pertaining to the Fee. Payment of the Fee will not alter the fiduciary relationships between the parties and the Brokers.
