Fee Mortgagee Requirements. Tenant agrees to provide such additional and other reports as may be required under the Fee Mortgage within the time periods as may be required under the Fee Mortgage; provided Landlord may not agree to additional reporting requirements under the Fee Mortgage other than set forth in Article 9 of the Fee Mortgage executed on or about the date hereof without Tenant's consent.
