Fee and Expenses Paid. There shall have been paid to the Multi-Currency Administrative Agent, for the account of the Multi-Currency Administrative Agent and the Lenders participating in such Facilities Increase on such Facilities Increase Date, as applicable, all fees and expenses (including reasonable fees and expenses of counsel) due and payable on or before the Facilities Increase Date.
