Fee Amounts. In consideration of the disclosure of CopyTele Technology under this Agreement, Videocon agrees to pay CopyTele the technology transfer fees (“Technology Transfer Fees”) in the amounts and on the dates set forth in Exhibit E. In consideration of the license granted herein, Videocon agrees to pay CopyTele a royalty (the “Percentage Royalty”) equal to the Percentage Royalty Rate, as set forth in Exhibit E, of the Ex-Factory Price of all Products sold by Videocon or any permitted Sublicensee to any party. In the event of any sublicense, Videocon shall ensure that such Sublicensee pays to CopyTele the Percentage Royalty as set forth in Exhibit E.

Fee Amounts. The Client will be charged the exact fees charged to the Host, along with a Host fee for the violation. If the Host has set a fee amount for a violation, the Client will be charged the fee amount listed in this Agreement, along with the Fee assessed to the Host. If the Host does not have a set fee amount for the violation, the Host will charge 5% of the fee assessed to them, as the Host Fee for the violation.
Fee Amounts. You must pay when due the annual Professional Subscription fee and fees for Related Services described in an Order or Statement of Work. If you would like to add licenses for additional Nodes to your Subscription during any Subscription Term, you may purchase such additional licenses for a pro-rated fee based on the number of partial and full months remaining in that Subscription Term. Fees for prepaid Related Services are stated in the applicable Order or Statement of Work.   • Collection Fees If collection fees are assessed or attorney’s fees are expended by the University in the process of obtaining unpaid housing charges, the student will be responsible for the payment of those fees in addition to the unpaid housing charges.

  • Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.

  • Payment Amounts The aggregate Payments to be made in any fiscal year shall not exceed an amount that is equal to the corresponding Appropriated Amount. (For example, for the Payments due on December 1, 2022 and on June 1, 2023, the aggregate maximum amount of such Payments would be determined by the Appropriated Amount determined for certification by December 1, 2021.) Furthermore, the amount of each such Payment shall not exceed the amount of Incremental Property Tax Revenues (excluding allocations of “back-fill” or “make-up” (payments from the State of Iowa for property tax credits or roll-back) actually received by the City from the Dubuque County Treasurer attributable to the taxable incremental valuation of the Property in the six (6) months immediately preceding the extant Payment due date.

  • Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.

  • L/C Fees Borrower shall pay to Agent for the account of each Lender in accordance with its Applicable Percentage an L/C fee (the “L/C Fee”) for each Letter of Credit equal to the Applicable Rate times the daily amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit. For purposes of computing the daily amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. L/C Fees shall be (A) due and payable on the first Business Day of each of April, July, October and January, in respect of the most recently-ended quarterly period (or portion thereof, in the case of the first payment), commencing with the first such date to occur after the issuance of such Letter of Credit, on the L/C Expiration Date and thereafter on demand and (B) computed on a quarterly basis in arrears. If there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the daily amount available to be drawn under each Letter of Credit shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, upon the request of the Required Lenders, while any Event of Default exists, all L/C Fees shall accrue at the Default Rate.

  • Annual Fees Tiered Fee Schedule for Premier Wealth Tactical, Premier Wealth Tactical Core, ETF Sector Rotation, Tactical Opportunity, Equity Growth and Value, Equity Growth Opportunity, Equity Dividend Income, and all Premier Wealth Tactical Core/ ETF Sector Rotation Strategies (also known as Xxxxxxxxx Moderate, Xxxxxxxxx Moderately Aggressive, or Xxxxxxxxx Aggressive):

  • Payments; Fees Agent may, in its discretion, receive and retain any amounts payable to a Defaulting Lender under the Loan Documents, and a Defaulting Lender shall be deemed to have assigned to Agent such amounts until all Obligations owing to Agent, non-Defaulting Lenders and other Secured Parties have been paid in full. Agent may use such amounts to cover the Defaulting Lender’s defaulted obligations, to Cash Collateralize such Lender’s Fronting Exposure, to readvance the amounts to Borrowers or to repay Obligations. A Lender shall not be entitled to receive any fees accruing hereunder while it is a Defaulting Lender and its unfunded Commitment shall be disregarded for purposes of calculating the unused line fee under Section 3.2.1. If any LC Obligations owing to a Defaulted Lender are reallocated to other Lenders, fees attributable to such LC Obligations under Section 3.2.2 shall be paid to such Lenders. Agent shall be paid all fees attributable to LC Obligations that are not reallocated.

  • Transaction Fees The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services, has instituted MyFloridaMarketPlace, a statewide eProcurement system pursuant to section 287.057(22), F.S. All payments issued by Customers to registered Vendors for purchases of commodities or contractual services will be assessed Transaction Fees as prescribed by rule 60A-1.031, F.A.C., or as may otherwise be established by law. Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.

  • Admin Fees 5.5.1 If, in any rolling three (3) Month period, two (2) or more MI Failures occur, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Authority shall have the right to invoice the Supplier Admin Fees and (subject to paragraph 5.5.2 below) in respect of any MI Failures as they arise in subsequent Months.

  • Origination Fees As compensation for the investigation, selection, sourcing and acquisition or origination of Loans, the Company shall pay an Origination Fee to the Advisor for each such acquisition or origination. With respect to the acquisition or origination of a Loan to be wholly owned by the Company, the Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall equal 1% of the amount funded by the Company to acquire or originate the Loan, including any Acquisition Expenses related to such investment and any debt used to fund the acquisition or origination of the Loan. With respect to the acquisition of a Loan through any Joint Venture or any partnership in which the Company is, directly or indirectly, a co-venturer or partner, the Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall equal 1% of the portion of the amount actually paid or allocated to acquire or originate the Loan, inclusive of the Acquisition Expenses associated with such Loan, plus the amount of any outstanding debt associated with such Loan that is attributable to the Company’s investment in the Joint Venture or partnership. The Company will not pay an Origination Fee to the Advisor with respect to any transaction pursuant to which the Company is required to pay the Advisor an Acquisition Fee. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the payment of Origination Fees by the Company shall be subject to the limitations on Acquisition Fees contained in (and defined in) the Company’s Articles of Incorporation. The Advisor shall submit an invoice to the Company following the closing or closings of each Loan, accompanied by a computation of the Origination Fee. The Origination Fee payable to the Advisor shall be paid at the closing of the transaction upon receipt of the invoice by the Company.
