Common use of FEE AMOUNTS Clause in Contracts

FEE AMOUNTS. The Client will be charged the exact fees charged to the Host, along with a Host fee for the violation. If the Host has set a fee amount for a violation, the Client will be charged the fee amount listed in this Agreement, along with the Fee assessed to the Host. If the Host does not have a set fee amount for the violation, the Host will charge 5% of the fee assessed to them, as the Host Fee for the violation.
