FedRAMP-Authorized Cloud Services Clause Samples

The FedRAMP-Authorized Cloud Services clause requires that any cloud services used or provided under the agreement must be authorized under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). This means that the cloud service provider must have undergone a standardized security assessment and received official FedRAMP authorization, ensuring compliance with federal security requirements. By mandating the use of FedRAMP-authorized services, this clause ensures that sensitive data is protected according to federal standards and mitigates the risk of using unvetted or insecure cloud solutions.
