Common use of Federal Unbundling Rules Clause in Contracts

Federal Unbundling Rules. Any lawful requirement to provide access to unbundled network elements that is imposed upon Verizon by the FCC pursuant to both 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51. Use of 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51 is not intended to deprive the Commission, the FCC, or a court of competent jurisdiction of the right to use appropriate rules of statutory construction in interpreting the effect of the statutes and rules referenced herein.
