Federal Policy. The Employer agrees to follow established Federal policy. It is understood that disputes concerning contracting out cannot be subject to the negotiated grievance procedure as OMB Circular A-76 provides the exclusive appeals procedure for such disputes.
Federal Policy. MHCC and CRISP recognize that national policies may have an impact on HIE activities in Maryland, and will work together to align State activities and policy with federal activities and policy when appropriate.

The parties acknowledge that notwithstanding the United States Federal Government's treatment of cannabis THC products as "Schedule 1" substances, this Agreement is being entered into, by entities licensed and registered under the laws of the State of California, and the parties further agree that this Agreement should be given full effect under those laws. The parties are hereby estopped from denying that this Distribution Agreement is a valid and binding agreement between Distributor and Supplier.
