Common use of FEDERAL OR STATE REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

FEDERAL OR STATE REGULATIONS. SUB-CONTRACTOR shall perform the Services under this Contract in accordance with all applicable statutes of the United States or of the State of California and all applicable regulations and orders of the Federal or State of California now in effect or which shall be in effect during the period of this Contract.
