Federal Certifications. NTFB further certifies that the Federal Certification set forth in Exhibit D of this AGREEMENT, which is attached and incorporated by reference, has been reviewed and that NTFB is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein. In addition, NTFB certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable federal laws, rules, or regulations, including but not limited to those listed in Exhibit B as they may pertain to this AGREEMENT.
