Common use of Federal Certifications Clause in Contracts

Federal Certifications. Contractor certifies that, to the extent federal certifications are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Contractor has reviewed the federal certifications and that Contractor is in compliance with all requirements. In addition, Contractor certifies that it is and shall remain in compliance with all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, as they may pertain to this Contract.
