Common use of Federal Aviation Regulations Clause in Contracts

Federal Aviation Regulations. Civil Air Patrol pilots, most of whom are private pilots, are required to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs.) The FARs may prohibit private pilots from flying some of the missions (including transport missions except for certain exceptions) contemplated by this MOU.
