In view of the commercial manufacturing services to be potentially supplied by Patheon on behalf of the Customer, an assessment of the feasibility of the manufacturing process of the Product, with respect to the fixtures and fittings incorporated into the Facility, is needed. To this aim, Patheon requested to the Subcontractor, upon the Customer’s consent, to perform the activities detailed in this Section 8. Feasibility Assessment.
