FCPA and UK Bribery Act. MPP covenants and agrees that it shall provide to Gilead on the Effective Date and within thirty (30) days after the beginning of each calendar year thereafter, certification in writing by MPP of MPP’s compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and with the UK Bribery Act of 2010.
