FCF Performance Matrix. The percentage of target FCF Award eligible to be earned shall be determined based on achievement of FCF during the Performance Period as follows: To the extent the FCF is between the FCF targets listed in the FCF Performance Matrix, then the percentage of the target FCF Award eligible to be earned shall be determined using linear interpolation.
