Common use of FCC Authorization Clause in Contracts

FCC Authorization. The FCC shall have given its written consent to the assignment of the FCC Authorizations, and such consent shall have become effective, without any conditions materially adverse to the Programming Service or Buyer. Seller and Buyer agree that it is not a condition to the Closing that such consent become a final order.
