Faxes; Electronic Copies. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 15, Lessor or Lessee, as the case may be, may (but shall not be obliged to) act on receipt of a facsimile communication or electronic copy (via email) reasonably appearing to emanate from Lessee or Lessor, as the case may be.
