Faulty transactions. The information required for a withdrawal depends on the financial institution that holds the withdrawal account. Please ensure that information about the Withdrawal Accounts that you have provided to us is accurate and complete. If you provide us with inaccurate information, (i) you understand that amounts may be disbursed to the wrong account and that we may not be able to recover such erroneously transferred funds, and (ii) you agree that you will be solely responsible for any losses incurred by you or third parties as a result of erroneous disbursement transactions, that you will not make any claims against us in connection with such transactions, and that you will reimburse us in full for any losses incurred by us.
