Common use of Fault duration Clause in Contracts

Fault duration. All faults recorded by Contractor’s network integrated fault management system will be reconciled against the corresponding fault ticket raised by the Contractor Customer Call Centre. The exact fault duration will be calculated as the elapsed time between the Fault Ticket being raised by the Contractor Customer Call Centre and the time when service is restored.
