Farming Reduction Sample Clauses

Farming Reduction. The base payment amount calculated under Section 10.2.1.1 or 10.2.1.2, as may be applicable, shall be reduced by ten percent (10%) for each year of the last 10 years prior to issuance of the CUP that the land was not farmed.
