Farmhouse Units Clause Samples

Farmhouse Units. There will be two (2) Units located in the pre-existing farmhouse on the site. These Units will each contain one floor of living space, with Exclusive Use Areas in the basement for storage. Each Unit will also be conveyed with the exclusive use of one (1) parking space in an adjacent common garage structure (the “Farmhouse Garage Building”). The Farmhouse Units will be subject to a permanent affordability restriction as provided in Section 9.7 below.
