Farmer and Processor Acknowledgment. The parties understand that: (a) there are no “price step downs” at any stage during the Term; (b) no loyalty payments are applicable to this Agreement; and (c) there are no services the Processor may or must perform for the Farmer in relation to the Milk under this Agreement, and there will be no fees payable by the Farmer to the Processor for any such services.
