Family allowance. The bank pays employees a family allowance, the amount of which is de- termined by the social partners. Family allowance may be claimed by em- ployees who are in receipt of child allowance or education allowance under cantonal law and Art. 28 of this Agreement on Conditions of Employment for Bank Employees for children born after 1 January 1993. Family allowance is paid only as long as child allowance is drawn. Should an employee receive only a reduced child allowance, the family allow- ance is reduced accordingly. Part-time employees receive family allowance in proportion to their percent- age contractual hours.

  • Holiday allowance A full-time Pharmacist who does not work on a holiday shall be paid eight (8) hours holiday allowance. A part-time Pharmacist shall receive holiday allowance as provided in Section D, below.

The Employer will make available transportation for such injured employee.

  • Maternity Allowance (a) An employee who has been granted maternity leave without pay shall be paid a maternity allowance in accordance with the terms of the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan described in paragraph (c) to (i), provided that she:

  • Productivity Allowance A productivity allowance per hour worked will be paid to employees engaged upon construction work from the date of agreement.   • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.

  • Uniform Allowance Where uniforms are required, the Hospital shall either supply and launder uniforms or provide a uniform allowance of per year in a lump sum payment in the first pay period of November of each year.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.
