Familial Relationship. Definition For the purpose of this policy, “immediate” family members are: • Husband/Wife/Domestic Partner (as recognized by applicable law or by the Company) • Child (defined as natural children, step-children or in-laws) • Parent (defined as natural parents, step-parents or in-laws) • Brother or Sister (defined as natural siblings, step-siblings or in-laws) • Grandparent (defined as natural grandparents, step-grandparents, or in- laws) • Grandchildren and any other relatives living with the employee.
