Common use of False Representations Clause in Contracts

False Representations. Any representation of Concessionaire herein, in the Concessionaire Proposal or in any financial statement or other materials provided by Concessionaire or any guarantor of Concessionaire's obligations under this Agreement shall prove to be untrue or inaccurate in any material respect, or any such financial statements or other materials shall have omitted any material fact. Concessionaire agrees that any notice given by City pursuant to this Article XI shall satisfy the requirements for notice under California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1161, and City shall not be required to give any additional notice in order to be entitled to commence an unlawful detainer proceeding.
