False or Fraudulent Statements or Claims Sample Clauses
The "False or Fraudulent Statements or Claims" clause prohibits parties from making intentionally misleading or dishonest statements or submitting claims that are untrue in connection with the agreement. In practice, this means that any information, documentation, or representations provided must be accurate and truthful, and any attempt to deceive or defraud—such as submitting inflated invoices or misrepresenting qualifications—would be a violation of the contract.
