Executive agrees to disclose to Company any information Executive learns concerning any conduct involving Company that Executive has any reason to believe may be unlawful. Executive promises to cooperate fully with Company during and after Executive’s employment with the Company in any investigation Company undertakes into matters occurring during Executive’s employment with Company.
