False Allegations. Allegations of harassment, discrimination and bullying which are found to be in bad faith may be cause for discipline, up to and including dismissal.

Where investigation reveals that a complaint has been made which is frivolous, vexatious, vindictive or otherwise intended to do harm to another, the employee responsible for the complaint may be subject to discipline which could include dismissal. Discipline for union employees will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement. It may include warning, suspension or discharge to prevent recurrence. Any discipline meted out with regard to a complaint under this article may be subject to the grievance procedure.
