Common use of Failure to Surrender Clause in Contracts

Failure to Surrender. If Tenant fails to surrender the Premises upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from loss and liability resulting from that failure, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any claims made by any succeeding Tenant.

Failure to Surrender. If Tenant fails to surrender the Premises in the condition required by Section 15.1 upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from loss and liability resulting from that failure, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any claims made by or damages or penalties payable to any succeeding Tenanttenant.

If Tenant fails to surrender possession of the Premises upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, then, unless Tenant has Landlord’s consent to a holdover, Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from loss and liability resulting from that failure, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any claims made by any succeeding Tenanttenant.

Failure to Surrender. If Tenant fails to surrender the Premises upon the expiration of the Term or upon the sooner termination of this Lease, Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from loss and liability resulting from that failure, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any claims made by any succeeding Tenanttenant.

Failure to Surrender. If Tenant fails to surrender the Premises upon the termination or expiration or termination of this Lease, in addition to any other liabilities to Landlord accruing therefrom, Tenant shall hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from loss and or liability resulting from that failure, such failure including, without limiting but not limited to, damages for the generality loss of the foregoinga reasonably ascertainable successor tenant, and any claims made by any succeeding tenant based upon Tenant's failure to surrender.
