Failure to Submit Reports in a Timely Manner. Should Parking Operator fail to provide the Director by the specified submittal date one or all of these subject reports and fail to provide supporting documentation to substantiate the delay or obtain the Director’s approval to delay or omit a particular report, liquidated damages may be assessed at $100 per delayed report per day.
