Common use of Failure to Remedy Injunction Clause in Contracts

Failure to Remedy Injunction. The failure of Seller to remedy any injunction that prohibits Buyer’s use of any Facility as contemplated by Section 13.1 within sixty (60) days of Seller’s receipt of written notice of Buyer being enjoined therefrom; or
