Common use of FAILURE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

FAILURE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT. The Principal Paying Agent shall as soon as is reasonably practicable notify the Master Issuer Security Trustee, the Note Trustee, the Agent Bank, the other Paying Agents, the Registrar and the Master Issuer by facsimile and telephone if by 5.00 p.m. (London time) on the Interest Payment Date it has not received the deposit required by Clause 6.2 and/or there are not sufficient funds in the Specified Currency available to the Principal Paying Agent to discharge the amount of the monies payable thereon in accordance with the Conditions and/or the provisions of the Master Issuer Trust Deed on such Interest Payment Date.
