In the event that any foreclosure sale of the Mortgaged Property subject to any Mortgage Serviced under this Master Agreement occurs or the possession or title to the property has been taken by FHLB or on FHLB’s behalf, the PFI must properly manage, dispose of or effect proper conveyance of title to the Mortgaged Property in accordance with FHLB Guidelines.
