Failure to Meet Booking Obligations. Section 14.F. of the Standard Terms and Conditions is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “The parties acknowledge that the provisions of this Section 14 shall not apply to any failure by Customer to comply with the obligations of Paragraph 6 of the Second Amendment to the Subscriber Entity Agreement.”
