Common use of Failure or Delay Clause in Contracts

Failure or Delay. No failure or delay on the part of Bank in the exercise of any power, right, remedy or privilege under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such power, right, remedy, or privilege preclude other or further exercise of any other power, right, remedy, or privilege.
