Common use of Failure of the Allottee to take Possession of Said Unit Clause in Contracts

Failure of the Allottee to take Possession of Said Unit. Upon receiving the Notice of Possession from the Promoters, the Allottee shall take possession of the Said Unit from the Promoters by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoters shall give possession of the Unit to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in Para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges in the manner provided in this Agreement.

In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in Para 7.2para 8.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in the manner provided in this Agreementpara 8.2.
