Common use of Failure of Closing to Occur Clause in Contracts

Failure of Closing to Occur. If, other than with respect to the --------------------------- Option Property, the Closing does not occur on or before December 31, 1998, this Agreement will terminate, and any and all rights or obligations hereunder shall cease and no longer be binding on the parties hereto and no party shall thereafter have any liability or obligation hereunder to any other party.
