Failure Analysis. VENDOR shall provide a failure analysis on Products that are returned for repair under warranty. On serialized Products, repair data shall be provided for each serialized unit returned. VENDOR shall provide general failure data on out of warranty returns.
Failure Analysis. Upon written request from Buyer, Seller will perform failure analysis of Products returned to Seller with a Seller-issued Return Material Authorization number. If such analysis shows the existence of material defects in breach of applicable Seller warranties, Seller will not be entitled to payment for the cost of Seller’s failure analysis concerning such defects for the specific Products which were subject to them. In the event that Buyer repeatedly requests that Seller perform failure analysis for Products which prove to have no material defect in breach of applicable Seller warranties, Seller reserves the right to condition further failure analysis activities upon satisfactory arrangements for payment to Seller for the reasonable costs involved.
Failure Analysis. Supplier will perform a failure analysis of all returned Product that is suspected to be defective. Supplier will use reasonable efforts to respond within one (1) week of receipt of the Product with an initial assessment of the cause of the defect and within three (3) weeks of receipt of the Product with the root cause of the defect.
Failure Analysis. If an Epidemic Failure occurs: (a) Eargo will promptly notify Supplier upon discovery of the Epidemic Failure; (b) Supplier and Eargo will jointly exert all [***] efforts to diagnose the problem and plan a work-around or more permanent solution; (c) Supplier will apply its ECO procedure in appropriate circumstances for hardware problems originating in the manufacturing process; and (d) Supplier will prepare and consult with Eargo regarding an appropriate recovery plan as well as an appropriate workaround, as an interim solution, if one is needed., Subject to Supplier’s obligations in Section 17.1, Eargo will [***], if any, of a “root cause” analysis and follow-up corrective actions associated with any epidemic failure due [***].
Failure Analysis. Bioheart shall be responsible for tracking returned Products, conducting failure analysis, and reporting to regulatory agencies for all Products. If the failure mode cause or corrective action involves manufacturing, Bioheart shall provide Bxxxxx with a copy of the failure analysis report.
Failure Analysis. Brocade shall provide failure analysis in accordance with the provisions of sub-Section 6.3 of Attachment C.
Failure Analysis. TRANSACT shall provide a failure analysis on Products that are returned for repair under warranty. On request by BUYER, TRANSACT will provide failure analysis for serialized units returned for a specific failure mode or region.

Failure Analysis. Supplier will maintain failure analysis data on field returns, including information with respect to the replaced device, part number, manufacture, date code and reference designator. Supplier will test all field returns before any updating or repair work is performed to more accurately identify No Trouble Found (NTF) conditions. On hardware returned to a third party or supplier’s site for repair, Supplier will work with the third party or manufacturing to obtain the required failure analysis information within 15 business days after receipt of returned material. The data collection will include field replaceable units, backplanes, top level assembly, field return hardware and functional defects on delivered products. Supplier will report this information to Alcatel on a minimum of a monthly basis.
