Failure Activities. 18.4.1 When THE CONTRACTOR fails to comply with the term established in Section 2.2 of the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS of the TRANSPORTATION NETWORK, to culminate the first advance or total delivery of the TRANSPORTATION NETWORK, a penalty of five (05) UIT for each DAY of delay will be applied. 18.4.2 In case that THE CONTRACTOR has not contracted or has not kept in force the insurance policies on the assets and elements that conform the TRANSPORTATION NETWORK according to Section 7.21 of the Seventh Clause of the FINANCING CONTRACT, ▇▇▇▇▇ will impose a penalty of five (05) UIT each time this obligation has not been complied. 18.4.3 In case THE CONTRACTOR fails to comply with the installation of the server for monitoring within the INVESTMENT PERIOD OF THE TRANSPORTATION NETWORK, according to Section 15.10.2 of the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS of the TRANSPORTATION NETWORK, or all the activities for the commissioning of it have not concluded, ▇▇▇▇▇ will impose a penalty of five (5)
