Faculty Basic Year Contract. The term of duty for full-time instructional faculty consisting of those class days in the Fall and Spring (except as otherwise provided in Section 8.1 (A) (1) (b) for faculty members in accredited Health Science Programs) terms plus no more than seven (7) in-service days, which shall not exceed a required 160 days worked per year.
