Facts, Representations and Expectations Regarding Refunding. (a) The Refunding Portion of the Lease constitutes an advance refunding of the 2015 Lease, which is being conducted on the date hereof to (among other things) realize present value debt service savings. The 2015 Lease will be finally paid and discharged on October 1, 2017, which is the earliest date on which the 2015 Lease may be paid and cancelled. There are significant governmental purposes for the use of Proceeds of the Refunding Portion of the Lease to accomplish the refunding described in this paragraph.
