Factory Service. Bombardier agrees to maintain or cause to be maintained the capability to respond to Buyer's technical inquiries, to conduct investigations concerning repetitive maintenance problems and to issue findings and recommend action thereon. This service shall be provided for as long as ten (10) of the Aircraft type(s) purchased under this Agreement remain in commercial air transport service.
