Common use of Facsimiles and Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Facsimiles and Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one instrument. Any signature delivered by a facsimile machine or by electronic transmission shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page with regard to this Agreement. A Party that delivers a signature page in this manner agrees to later deliver an original counterpart signature page to the other Parties.
