Facility Termination. Subject to other provisions of this Agreement requiring earlier termination, the Facility Agents’ obligations (on behalf of their respective Purchasers) to make Purchases hereunder and ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇’ obligations to Issue or Modify (and honor draws under) the Letters of Credit hereunder shall terminate at Facility Termination.
