Common use of Facility Rating Clause in Contracts

Facility Rating. The Borrower agrees that any Lender may (in its sole discretion and at its sole expense), at any time, have their Loan Notes rated by Moody’s, S&P, DBRS, Inc., A.M. Best or ▇▇▇▇▇ Bond Rating Agency, LLC. The Borrower agrees to provide and to cause its Affiliates to provide reasonable assistance to obtain such rating. For the avoidance of doubt, any such rating shall not be a condition precedent to the exercise of any rights of the Borrower under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
