The Facility Parking clause establishes the terms under which parking spaces are provided to tenants or users of a facility. It typically outlines the number of spaces allocated, any associated fees, rules for use, and responsibilities for maintenance or security. This clause ensures that parking arrangements are clearly defined, helping to prevent disputes over access, usage rights, and obligations related to parking on the premises.
Facility Parking. The Facility shall provide parking in designated areas for Students and Faculty Liaisons pursuant to the Facility’s rules and policies.
Facility Parking. Tenant shall have the right in common with other tenants to have the use for its employees and invitees of the common parking facilities at the Facility, such use to be in common with the other tenants in the Facility. Landlord reserves the right to designate and redesignate areas of the appurtenant common parking facilities where Tenant, its agents, employees and invitees shall park and may exclude Tenant, its agents, employees and invitees from parking in other areas as designated and redesignated by Landlord; provided, however, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for the failure of any tenant, its invitees, employees, agents and customers to abide by Landlord's designations or restrictions but will use reasonable efforts to enforce said designations and restrictions. Landlord shall have the right to designate, and Tenant shall thereupon have the right to use as the exclusive parking spaces to be used by Tenant, its agents, employees and invitees, only that percentage that the rentable office area of the Premises bears to the rentable office area of the Facility. Tenant, its agents, employees and invitees shall not use more (in absolute numbers) of the common parking facilities at the Facility (exclusive of the underground garage) than Tenant could use if Landlord made the designations permitted herein. Anything in this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, all costs and expenses of such special parking control, signs in connection therewith, security and costs of any enforcement shall be an Operating Expense pursuant to the provisions of Article II G hereof.
Facility Parking. Use of any specific parking lot area, unless previously arranged, is not included with the rental agreement. Overnight parking is not allowed in the main parking areas. Peaks additional parking may be used with prior approval from the Arena Manager. Visiting busses must park in the Peaks Additional Parking except when they are actively loading and unloading.
Facility Parking. As per past practice, (where practicable) the Hospital will provide parking spaces for all employees and reserve adequate parking close to the Hospital for employees on the 3-11 and 11-7 shifts. Upon request, a security escort shall be provided.
